How to register for the conference
- Just fill out the registration form and transfer the requested conference fee to our bank account (do not forget to add your registration key on the money transfer form!!).
- You will receive an immediate registration confirmation via email and a formal invoice on Friday after your registration.
- The conference fee must be received by April 20th 2013.
- After fee reception an acknowledgement will be sent to you via email.
- If no fee arrives at our bank account or if you register after April 20th 2013 you will be charged CASH on arrival.
- Friends and spouses may register to the party at the registration desk.
The tutorial fee includes the following:
- tutorial participation on Tuesday
- teaching aids
- catering (coffee, lunch, dinner) on Tuesday
The conference fee includes the following:
- conference participation on Wednesday and Thursday
- all conference materials
- catering during breaks and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- party on Wednesday evening
- the samba pin and t-shirt!
