sambaXP 2025

Samba eXPerience is the yearly Samba team meeting and it's ecosystem of developers, users and vendors all around the globe since 2002.

The 24th international conference around the OpenSource software Samba will take place from April 7th to 8th 2025 in Goettingen, Germany. Attendees can meet the SAMBA Team, discuss actual requirements as well as new features and get updated on current development projects.

Call for Papers and Deadlines

Please note the following deadlines concerning paper submission:

  • August 2024 until 31st January 2025: call for paper
  • Beginning of February 2025: notification of accepted talks & program

Preparations for the Conference in 2025 are under way. SerNet and the SAMBA Team wish to receive submissions of interest and proposals for papers, presentations, and talks about SAMBA and the broader challenges of data management at the sambaXP 2025 conference.

There will be an opportunity for technical talks, user reports, presentations and technical papers. English-language contributions are preferred, but proposals in other languages will also be considered.

A talk should last 45 minutes including discussion.
